• A classic & handsome thumbturn door escutcheon plate with nice bevelled edges. Made of quality solid brass material, this escutcheon plate is a well-made & hefty piece of hardware. The plate may be used on modern doors with 2-1/8″ pre-bored holes, or with the old-style mortise lock sets on traditional doors as well. The thumb turn will enable you to bolt your doors with your old-style mortise locks. It is designed specially for exterior doors, although it may be used on interior doors as well. Beautify & grace your doors & doorknobs with these most elegant plates!
