• An old-style lock designed for desks & chests, commonly used on all types of furniture from the 1800’s onward. Made of steel material, this lock is sturdy & well-made, & has thick solid brass plates. The selvedge extends past the lock body for extra strength & durability. This lock is a modern development of the old roll-top desk lock & has an advanced mechanism that enables the key to be removed when in the unlocked position.
