• A high quality & heavy duty “Koshi Nata” Japanese knife hand-forged in one solid piece. The blade of this knife is laminated to a hardness of HRC 63 & is extra sharp. The blade has a single edge bevel & the back of the blade is extra thick measuring 1/4″ thick. The sturdy handle is made of Japanese White Oak & comes with a black vinyl sheath & snap with a wooden insert inside for the knife. Koshinata waist hatchet knife is great for many uses including use as a froe, a heavy-duty whacking garden knife, a machete, use as a hatchet for kindling, a cleaver, & many other uses. A heavy duty multi-purpose laminated knife.    Made in Japan.
