• Fully adjustable blade for depth of cut, resting at 25° angle

• This Clifton Straight Spokeshave is made from very tough spheridal graphite/malleable iron; the surfaces are finished & polished to give maximum comfort in the hand; the weight & balance permits the Spokeshave to sit firmly on the wood so that only a stroking action is required to make them cut. The firm seating & fine adjustment allow the woodworker to make delicate nuances in the weight of cut. Great for the shaping & smoothing of irregular curved wood surfaces, the shaping of chair seats, legs, & other curved wood details. The blade is 2-1/8″ wide & rests at a 25° angle. Note: Honing of blade is recommended before use.   Made in Sheffield, England.
